Journey towards Easter
with Church of the Epiphany
Please join us as we journey towards Easter together.
On Palm Sunday, we remember the story of Jesus riding into Jerusalem on a donkey (Matthew 21:1-11), and we wave palm branches to remember the crowds who cheered him on.
Whether you've never heard this story before, or you've heard it many times, we hope to see you waving a palm branch and listening to the story of God's love for the world.

Maundy Thursday (or Holy Thursday) is the day that we remember the Last Supper, when Jesus ate the passover with his disciples and washed their feet.
This year's service will consist of two parts: we will begin with with the Stations of Peter, a a creative liturgy that invites you to reflect more deeply on the Holy Week story.
Then, we will have a traditional Maundy Thursday liturgy. We will wash one another's feet, take communion together, and watch as the altar is stripped bare in preparation for Jesus' death.

Good Friday is the day when we remember how Jesus saved the world by dying on a cross.
At this Zoom service, we will be observing the Stations of the Cross, a series of 14 scenes from scripture culminating in Jesus' death and burial. With each scene, we will look at a piece of art, hear a reading from the Bible, and say a prayer.
Please join us for worship on Easter Sunday!
Celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus with joyful songs, readings from the Bible, and Holy Communion.
Whether you attend church regularly or just want a place to worship for Easter, we would love to welcome you to our Easter service.
